SqlDBM model governance suite

The governance suite will let users create their own columns (and column types) and add them to the database documentation. Define elements like source/target mappings, table owners, and medallion status by extending documentation with data cataloging fields. By designating fields as dbt-enabled, users can also maintain dbt source and model properties without writing yaml by hand.
